Today we had very clear water which was a big change from yesterday. There were birds working a bunch of different bait schools and I was watching some big jacks chase down some mullets while walking down the pier. Put out the king rig and started plugging/jigging. No much hitting the king rigs besides some sharks and turn around blues. Had a lot of fun with the plugging rod. I got 8 spanish 16 blues and a ~5' needlefish. The spanish were tearing up the bait school as they were coming down the beach. Seen a false albacore hit a gotcha and it was landed.
