Any public beach access should work...
Shark/night fishing Emerald Isle
Anyone know where I can get on the beach at night to fish for sharks in the Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach area? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not all of them close at night. You can always park at a pier and use the access to the beach.

If they allow it. Some do, some do not. I've been parking at oceanana pier at night for years. Seen several very large sharks landed in that area over the past decade or so.
