New here, first post. Does anyone know when the fishing in the areas listed above will pick up, or why is so slow? My buddy and I fish normally from 0700-1000 and sometimes go without having a single bite. Im a bass guy normally so, this may be normal if so just let me know haha. We have been using Zara spooks, paddle tail swim baits, and this new voodoo mullet. Thanks for the help and any suggestions are welcome.
Maybe best to hit the main river for some action. Most boats you see in those creeks are chasing speckled trout, red drum, stripers and flounder all are which mainly salt water species. So with all the fresh water from rain lately the fish may have moved out to the main river.
Don't get discouraged the weather is suppose to cool off an very little rain is in the forecast. So that means the bite should turn back on.
