Hi folks, I'm curious about the differences between a last will and a living will. Can anyone explain when each document is used, and what they typically cover in terms of end-of-life planning?

Although we might have some J. D.'s in the forum I think this question is better taken to a legal forum. Asking a non-professional to discuss these topics is akin to asking a bricklayer how a nuclear BWR (boiling water reactor) operates. You might try NC Free Legal Answers but this website is specific to NC....I'm guessing NJ might have something similar.

Thank you for answer. In my situation, last will is more suitable.

That was a spammer. If someone shows up asking about anything not related to fishing, please report it so we can have a look.

Thanks!
