Hit a local lake on Saturday with a friend of mine from 5-10. Hit this 6lb 12oz piggy on a deep drop off with a black&blue jig around 6am. Picked off a couple more rats out of some laydowns and that was it. Last night I hit a local pond near my house and picked off this giant flathead on a live bluegill. Very next cast I bagged this nice little channel who wasn't very cooperative for a pic. Keep em wet!

The bass came from a local reservoir but the cats come from a pond in my sub division. Would love to get out on some big water. Sold my bass boat when I moved here and a new one is not it the budget at the moment. Ive been making due with my 12' Jon boat.
