Give it time the goverment will mandate it , then pass a tax on fishing equipment to pay for programs to help us understand the benefits , and offset the cost of all those drownings and emergency room visits for misplaced hooks.

Folks, these are not for swimming. They are avalanche air bags and nifty idea. I suspect that they would provide some problems in water given their large size. We already have suspenders for accidentally falling in.
