Caught a few flounder while fishing finger mullet on a Carolina Rig, during the incoming tide. Measured about 19 inches or so. This was the only keeper. Fished Smith Creek off of the New River from the bank and a pier. Very abundant bait Shrimp, Mullet and Menhaden. It was also quite windy. No strikes on top water though.
