Does anyone have suggestions for tenkara fishing in the Triangle area? Clearly it's not trout country, but it's where I live. Actually, maybe within a hour in any direction of the Triangle area. I live in North Durham, less than an hour from Virginia, so that's a possibility. Ideally, something close enough to home to go out for the day would be great.

You've got to check out the Eno. If you use trout flies and techniques you will probably catch some chubs, along with the panfish and Roanoke bass.
