In my opinion, women are easier to teach and fish with then men. They listen and take advice a lot better. (maybe only on the topic of fly fishing

I have had the privilege of guiding several ladies, some of whom came to fly fishing through the "Casting for Recovery" program (Cancer). All have been a delight to fish with.
