[Swampin']

Basswrangler and I both have thursday off after lunch and are trying to decide where to go. Decided to stay within an hour or so of home, (AKA JoCo). We want to canoe fish again, (Like real men). I considered Harris lake, as I have done okay there before, but I have never been there in a plastic boat. Is there a place to launch that is closer to the lily pads? Or are there any other good destinations we should try? We did a little cape fear floating the other day and hit the neuse last week. I'd love to do some lake fishing or something canoe friendly. Thanks y'all!

P.S. If anyone has a couple extra seats open on a boat somewhere (ANYWHERE) we might could be convinced to not be real men anymore.
