Fished south side of topsail yesterday with plastics and live bait. Finger mullet were on the 2-3" small side but the flouder readily took them. Out of a dozen flounder landed on kayak most were in the 12-13" range with a couple keepers. Saw some smaller reds and landed a underslot 13" on jig head and plastic. Lizard and pinfish were thick around the channels. Decent size croakers in the bigger channels.
