Hello All
I will be visiting the outer banks in late June, I have never fished the ocean but want to try while we are visiting. I am looking for any and all info. Do I need a license what equipment will I need. When can you fish etc

If I decide to use a charter service can anyone make recommendations either good or bad. I am a catch and release angler. I own my own taxidermy studio in PA so all I need are photos I can take care of the rest.I should have introduced myself a little better in the beginning. I have 30 plus years of experience hunting and fishing the mountains and waters of PA and WV. 20 years as a professional taxidermist. And 20 plus years as a volunteer firefighter. I'm making my first trip to the ocean with the family in late June and looking to do some fishing while on vacation. Any tips pointers etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

If I was looking for a charter in that area at that time I would lookup Captain Rick Caton of Soundside Custom Charters. You will catch a lot of good eating fish and have plenty of trophies to choose from.
