I have not seen any announcements about this year’s Meet and Greets schedule. Usually, by this time several have been scheduled. Kerr Lake, New River State Park, Bay River, Fort Fisher? The Red X anglers have usually taken the lead on organizing these. Is this all happening on the FaceBook side? If anyone is watching, please post a schedule here…please!
Since there have been no replies to the question in almost six days, I am guessing that none of the FB folks have checked in. I do not do FB at all—is there anybody here who does? And maybe could look for the ‘Red X Angler’ forum?? Can our new Administrators/Moderators help out here??? That would probably be the fastest and most effective way to revive NC Angler!
FB activity for Red X Anglers doesn't look all that great now either so don't hold your breath. Here's recent stats:

That's less activity than this site...looks like it's dying too! Guess we need @ice cream man or maybe @CBower to scout Instagram and the other newer SM, huh? Hey guys you got anything to share with us dinosaurs?

Well that’s not good! This site has been such a great resource over the years, and it was a lot of fun to camp with and meet a good number of the folks who used to participate. I guess there is nothing to say that we can’t coordinate our own Meet and Greet. They were scattered all over the state so they were very accessible to folks, and offered different types of fishing opportunities.
