hello - new here and new to fishing especially on a kyack - my question i need answered -i`m out on the lake and after catching lets say a catfish - i can`t go back to shore and gut and clean cause the park might not be happy and because i`m an hour or more away i need to clean this catch on the kyack - has anyone ever did this

Even if you clean it on the water you will need a cooler to keep the meat.

***Keep in mind the area you are fishing. If they have a creel/size limit you will need to keep the fish whole. You can gut them but not de=head or fillet them out.***

thanks for all the replys like i said i`m new at this - i thought gutting the fish would be kind of hairy but i`ll do my best

Keep them whole, minus the entrails, by all means if there is a size limit. It is illegal to possess a "mutilated fin fish" as per several discussions posted in NCangler.
