Cut out of Oceanography and got out on wheeler monday afternoon. Caught 5 fish, one dink and the rest were all gooduns. Other 4 would have easily gone 18# with these two being the first two I snagged. They were ready to lay soon so I put um back near where I found um.

What did you catch em on? Where they up in the shallow water on beds?

They were not on beds at all, it actually surprised me that the majority of the fish I caught were a little deeper and mostly in active feeding zones. They were not really chasing shad though there were plenty in the area. Caught them all on a T-rig, had to be on a windy bank.
