I hope I am doing this right, this is my first time at starting a new thread with a photo. The photo is of a sunrise at the Back River Boat Ramp in Yorktown, VA. Went rock fishing, did not do good, but just seeing God's beautiful sunrise was enough. This is why I fish.

I find the outdoors to be my "church"...

My dad was the first one to tell me this (and I know it's a stolen quote, but..) "it's better to be in the outdoors thinking of God than in church thinking of the outdoors"

I know the bible says we need church for fellowship but I sure do get my fill of the spirit being out on the water and in the woods.
