So I got home this morning to find this on my walk way. Looks like a worm and has the same texture of skin. There is no head. 100% sure it's not a snake. Anyone ever seen anything like this before? It's almost 4' long and at its biggest spot around1/2" in diameter.

Can't see enough details, but possibly a tapeworm (Cestoda) . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cestoda

I've seen some pretty longs ones around the farm back in the 50s & 60s, when we had pigs, cattle and dogs without a lot of commercial feeds or worm medicine.

Put it in a jar of rubbing alcohol and take to a museum or university. They'll find someone to ID it.
