First fish of 2015. First fish out of this pond since October.

I was fishing the jerkbait pretty aggressively - not sure if he swiped or just couldn't move out of the way.

Some years start better than this...

Nice! Jerk baits catch a "little" of everything, I suppose! Haha! No doubt it was good to be out, though. Good job!

Last time I fished with Jim Hawkins he watched me catch 3 shad on a jerk bait. Hooked them through the backs and tails. I didn't get pictures, but if it makes you feel any better.... I've caught smaller!!

Yesterday I noticed on one of the hooks of my jerk bait a dried minnow. Didn't even notice it till I started fishing yesterday

dont feel too bad brother all ive caught is 1 bass that was about 2" longer than that sunny. lol
