Good morning, hope everyone is well. I just wanted to drop a quick post, brand new to the fly fishing world. I've made a few purchases and looking to get on the water this weekend. @WBK73 , you could try booking a short guide trip for some intro to fly fishing: casting and reading the water. Or practice on your own in the yard or any water body, key of starting out is to give yourself lots of room for backcast... And most importantly don't be discourage, just have fun at your own pace.
