Anyone on here use these? Look just like a mullet to me. Seems like they'd be a trout killer when swam slowly along rigged light. That jointed body would give it a very nice swimming motion. This is the Redbone color.

Yeah I know what you mean but I think that segmented body definitely puts it in the swim bait category rather than the fluke/jerkbait category. I think rigging it with a weighted hook and swimming it slowly would be the way to go. But hey rigged with a 1/8th oz jighead under a popping cork would probably be deadly too. Zman are buoyant enough they usually sit pretty level under a popping cork.

I just bought a pack of the same color. Haven't had them on the water yet, but am thinking of trying all the ways mentioned above. I also tested in bathtub with Texas rig and a weighted Gamakatsu swimbait hook. Both of these allow head to rest on bottom, with body floating upward at about a 45 degree angle. Looks just like a baitfish nosing the bottom. I'm going to rig this way, crawl slowly along the bottom, and see what happens. Hoping for a trip on Sunday if weather/family permits.
